One audit is one URL scored on all three pillars (SEO, AIO, GEO) with rewrites, narrative, and recommendations. A Document Upload (PDF, DOCX, MD) counts as one audit. A Competitor Comparison counts as two audits (yours plus the competitor). Sync, alerts, lift attribution, AI citation tracking, and the monthly client PDF are free background work and don't count against quota.
Yes. Pro and Agency both include a 7-day free trial with full feature access. No card required at signup. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your account drops to Free, your history is retained, and your Search Console connections are paused (not deleted).
Audits pause until your quota resets at the start of the next billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately and reset your quota at the new tier. You'll see your remaining quota in the sidebar and get a heads-up email when you hit 80%.
Yes. Cancellation immediately stops auto-renewal. Paid features continue until the end of your current billing period, at which point your account drops to Free. No refunds, but no further charges either.

For each connected property, we run your top queries through five AI surfaces every day: Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. We record which URLs each surface cites. The Visibility Dashboard shows your citation rate per surface, your most-cited pages, and a CTR-gap signal when you rank well organically but an AI Overview is stealing the click. Agency includes a per-property query cap; Studio scales the cap.

Your Search Console connections are soft-disabled (nightly sync stops) but all historical data is retained, ready to resume the moment you re-upgrade. Your audit history stays accessible read-only. If you delete your account, everything (audits, rewrites, connections, encrypted refresh tokens, metrics, snapshots, citations, team memberships) is purged within 30 days, including backups.
Yes. Stripe Tax is enabled at checkout and on every renewal. US sales tax and EU VAT are computed and remitted automatically based on your billing address. Tax invoices are available in the customer portal.
